Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. I'm counting days. This is the best chance they've ever had at making the movie true to the book, and there's so INSANELY many scenes I'm looking forward to I'm guaranteed to be disappointed.

There are a few other concept-level projects I've heard about here and there (some Bradbury project, for example, which I would probably freakin' camp out for unless the cast/crew is just beyond horrid, and even then I would see it) but I don't recall off the top of my head

I can't remember the last movie I saw that I was really "WOW" about (sad that that's the norm now a days) so that makes it hard to get excited about any one in particular's work
