Well 2 days ago i changed my mouse , got a turbo x , been using that kind of mouse like 4 years .. but now sometimes i need to click more than 2 times some times to open a folder,or even the 2 buttons on the left side aint working all the time,is the mouse broken or my pc needs something?

Did you change any settings? Because you can make it so that you have to double-click quite fast to open the folder. Or you mouse it having connection problems with your pc. Re-instal driver or try different usb port, see if they make a difference.
