Need help with resizing my partitions.

hey guys, im having a problem here, goes like this, i bought 2 hdds for my working PC each have 160gb, i made 4 partitions C(50gb) D(100gb) and some other empty from 40 to 80gb. well my C partition is nearly full and i never install games or any other things i dont need on C this pc is built only for work so no games. i used some defrag programs and some other cleaning programs and i obtained like 2gb. now i got 4 gb free from 50. is there any way to add more space on C? for example to wipe another partition and add its space to C? excuse my poor english
