They will. At least they did before. Maybe its hotfixed but after 60 Seconds or so (dont know the Timer) the Mobs respawn at the location they used to be idle.

Well. That did not happen to our group. Maybe you didn't MC them for long enough time? Idk. Anyways, we stood at the place where we had battled them for a few mins, at the healer was on the phone, and no mobs reappeared.
