History:
Hardline’s founders come from a core of raiders who have been clearing content since Vanilla. During Wotlk they were in a mediocre guild which they felt had no chance of being competitive in the raiding scene. As such they broke off and quickly cleared all Heroic Mode content in ICC. Today the guild has 10 strong dedicated members, 4 of whom are real life friends, and have been raiding together since Vanilla/Early BC.
Mission Statement:
Today Hardline is working on becoming a competitive Server’s First guild. We have 10 of the positions filled, 2 excellent tanks, 3 brilliant healer, and 5 top of the line DPS. We currently have downed 7/13 heroic mode bosses, and are aiming get some realm first kills; however, we are in need of a Balance Druid, and/or Hunter. We are looking for an experienced Balance Druid or Hunter, 12/12 current content minimum, and/or previous experience with serious progression guilds. We expect you to know how to properly utilize your class such as kiting, CCs, and any other utility your class can do, while still being able to pull high dps as needed. What We Are Looking For:
Hardline is 100% aimed at progression. As such we are looking for players who know their class in and out, who have very high situational awareness, who come to raids fully prepared, who know how to communicate effectively, who can take constructive criticism and on occasion give it, and who overall are going to put in the time and effort to be the best they can at their class and role in any given encounter.
Reliability: As we do not have benched players you will be guaranteed a spot on the raid roster; however, this also means that if you are late you delay the whole raid, if you don't show up, you stop the whole raid. For this reason we are seeking people who can give us a 99% show up rate. Emergencies are always understood. As well, and I can’t stress this point enough, you MUST be COMMITTED to the guild and it’s progression. We don’t want you joining, gearing up, and leaving, or saying you’ll join then deciding at the last minute you don’t want to, et cetera.
Loot System:
As a 10man guild we have the luxury of having to deal with less loot conflict than in a 25 man guild, as we have less of the same armor wearing type, less same stat preference characters, etc. We utilize a group based loot council to decide who gets what piece of loot based on what will benefit the guild the most in terms of progression. We are very uninterested about loot and our primary focus is 100% progression and being the best we can be. So in other words, if loot will cause drama and is a major concern for you, then this is not the guild for you.
Recruitment Information:
Well if you think this sounds like the guild for you then feel free to apply, just a reminder at this point, we are looking for a balance druid/hunter who is experienced (12/12, heroic mode experience preferred), knows how to play their class, knows how to utilize their classes utilities (such as kiting, tranquility, cc, etc), and who can maintain high dps when needed.

Fill out the application. You will need a parse if you are applying, preferably one of Atramedes, a heroic fight, or another fight where raid awareness is highly needed.
