I've heard that as well, but was linked a post that said that they will within the next two days. There've been a lot of conflicting reports, and I've seen two official posts within a week from eachother claiming different things ._.
I haven't played an FPS-game since Perfect Dark for the N64, so I kind of think it's time ^-^:

I looked at the same place for a minute or so on both ''test'' ... you can clearly see on both screenshot i stay at the same spot, the CPU usage dont move but the GPU usage droped by more than 25% on both GPU ...

looking to stay in budget of $800 Canadian (so no build sites from the states (border fees suck) )
desired CPU: AMD Phenom 2 X4 955 Black Edition
Video Card: Geforce GTX 550ti 1GB
OS: Win 7 64-bit Home
Ram: 4GB DDR3 to start
Power Supply: 600w (graphics card requires at least this much)
been toying with tigerdirect.ca and canadacomputers.com but I don't want to risk killing the cpu doing it myself...
suggestions anyone?
The Money-Pit 2011:
MB: Asus M4A78LT-M CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 840 3.2Ghz RAM: Kingston 8GB (4x 2GB) DDR3 GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB HDD: Seagate 500GB PSU: Antec TP-650 OS: Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit
The GPU is pretty bad for its pricepoint still. 560 is a lot better, or even the 460. Or the 5870, 5770, 6850 Radeons. Although, if you play on 1680x1050 or less, the 550Ti works.
And no, it requires at least 300w, but I wouldn't go below 350w - So get one between 350 and 400w.
600w is enough to run two of them comfortably
