sweet i thought so. i raid with a shadow priest as well, is it worth reforging to crit as i don't need the haste thanks to his 5% buff....

...you always need haste. haste makes your dots tick faster. and is more of a dps boost than crit, always. the only time haste stops being a big boost, is when you hit 1 sec gcd, and even after that haste is still a dps boost, just not as much of one. in fact, if you can get to the next tick for immolate, haste is more important than hit due to conflag.

Personally, If you're up for a gathering alt; Druids are boss (esp. tauren)

My tauren druid was 83 from pretty much gathering alone as a miner/herbalist. Swim form in vasj, swift flight in hyjal/deepholm = quick gathering.

Only problem i had was that swift flight made it so my speed was just fast enough that the time my latency-riddled game picked up an herb, i'd have to double back to get it.
