I actually saw a pamphlet for a Hollie Caust running for some local office. The spelling may have been slightly different. I remember a politician with the last name Jockisch. Enough jokes were had that he came out saying it was pronounced Joe-kish, not sure that was any better than jock itch.
I like silly names. If anything, its an incentive to vote for them!
