Hands down, my favorite was the intro cutscene from Kingdom Hearts 2 where that chick puts Sora to sleep. that music was incredible and also very cool visuals. when the chick does that little lip synch to the words of the song, that blew my mind (3:43)

Was I the only one that broke into hysterical laughter and joy watching Aeris get skewered? I love that scene, but for different reasons than the usual I think.

Baldur's Gate 1 ending, especially the first time I saw it.

Battle at Ostagar in Dragon Age, Opening to Starcraft II, Cataclysm cinematic, Halo 3 Legendary ending, and the last level of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

What comes to mind for me... I want to Say Legend of the Dragoon it had a lot of good cutscenes (lavtiz death comes to mind) But if i really had to pick one, Anything from MGS4 really takes the cake here, Especially the fight between Liquid and Snake, it was filled with emotion you could actually feel the emoion in the virtual punchs. Snake crawling down the tube in act 5, knowing he's going to die and deciding to save everyone as his last act, is also very powerful (granted you have to hit a button, it's still a cutscene imo.)
