I doubt Blizzard would open a private PTR for 25 players, esp. to test a raid, as I'm pretty sure Blizzard has an internal testing team.

I also doubt some of the encounters are even ready, as 4.1 isn't even out.

You mean they're not just markers for tank/melee/range/healer? Think..?

If it is real, then they might just have used those class symbols to show the role. Rogues are melee, mages are ranged, warriors are traditionally tanks, same with priest healers.
