Fight your own faction in rated BGs was a necessity

It's a population balancing issue, the same reason you can have same faction battles in arenas. Sometimes the story has to take a backseat to keeping the game in good working order, and this is one of those places.

if they do this for all BGs, then what is the point in haivng a horde vs alliance entrenched system? world pvp is virtually dead, all of it happens in BGs ..arenas already don't care who your faction is.

If they do this, then i suggest they allow you to roll blood elf for the alliance, or human for the horde..no point inso heaviy restriction interaction between the factions anymore

Maybe so. I don't give a crap about the lore. Gameplay > Lore. Actually playing the game > sitting in queue. That's where I stand.
