Hello, we are looking for a consistent players. We have hit a slight road block at H-Cho'gall, getting him to sub 10% several times with 3% being our best, and we need a few more quality and consistent players.

We raid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday nights 9:00-12:30 (PST)
Heroic Bosses downed: Conclave, Halfus, V&T, Magmaw, Chimaeron, Attramedes, Maloriak, Omnitron
Currently working on: H-Cho'gall
Loot: Action based E-DKP

2 Melee DPS pref warrior (high) - 359ish item level
- Exalted with BH and owning a Mirror of Broken Images
- General high DPS (20-21K on H Chim)
- Willing to do Wind platform on H-Conclave
- Be a reliable interrupt on Omni, Halfus, Maloriak, Nef, Chog

1 Hunter (high) - 360+
- Exceptionally high DPS (22k+ on H Chim)
- Exalted with BH and owning a Mirror of Broken Images
- Does not stand in fire

1 Ranged DPS (Pref Ele Shaman)
- Exceptionally high DPS (20k+ on H Chim)
- Exalted with BH and owning a Mirror of Broken Images
- Does not stand in fire

1 Healer (medium) - Any Class
- High survivability and mastery of all boss mechanics
- Generally high HPS
- Ability to accurate and timely use major defensive cd's on call.

While we do have raid rotations and do ask people to sit out for fights, we run a tight roster to minimize this. If you play well and prove yourself, you will have a raid spot.

What we offer:
All flasks and foods will be provided by the guild. For now, all potions will be provided as well. Occasional repairs are also provided. In addition, we have a large friends and family group, and 2 alt raids available. We offer a goofy and relaxed alt raid to unwind.
Alt raid 1 (25 man): Friday 9:00-1:00
Alt raid 2 (10 man): Saturday: 1:00 - 5:00
Both alt raids clear 10/12 normal modes every week.

About the server: Killrog is one of the oldest and most reliable servers out there. We have an Los Angeles based data server. There are no log-in queue times ever. We were part of BG9, however as Cata came in, all US BG's were combined. As alliance we have near instant queues for BG's, and we own TB around 40% of the time.

More about you:
We generally prefer west coast players, as our raid times will very likely burn out people in other time zones. We are generally an older and more mature guild. Our average age is from 21-27. We expect our raiders to do research about fights. We expect trials to have at least 3-5 HM kills under their belt, and provide exceptional performance from logs.
