    [A] <SHADE> 6/13 Heroic-25 3 Nights/wk LF Ranged DPS/Heals. WTB SP!!!

    [Shade] is recruiting for 25 man raids. We are located on the Medivh server(PVE), Alliance side. Shade is a serious raiding guild with a light raiding schedule. Our current progression is 5/13 HM's; see below for details.

    Our raid schedule is (EST times):

    Tuesday: 7:30pm *- 10:30pm
    Wednesday: 7:30pm* - 10:30pm
    Thursday: 7:30pm* - 10:30pm

    *Raid invites go out at 7:00pm, and we expect members to be in the raid no later than 7:15pm. We expect players to come to a raid prepared. Raid repairs are funded by the guild bank.

    Our current recruitment needs are as follows*:

    Shadow Priest - High Demand
    Enhancement shaman - High Demand
    Frost DK - High Demand
    Exceptional Ranged DPS - High Demand
    DPS HYBRIDS w/ tank or heals os - High Demand

    *If your class is not listed, but you feel that you are an exceptional player, feel free to apply. Having a viable off spec is a bonus, however not required.

    Our current progression is:

    Heroic:
    1/5 The Bastion of Twilight (heroic): Heroic Halfus (25)
    4/6 Blackwing Descent (heroic): Heroic Magmaw (25), Heroic Chimaeron (25), Heroic Atramedes (25), Heroic Maloriak (25)

    Normal:
    6/6 Blackwing Descent (normal): Omnitron (25), Atramedes (25), Chimaeron (25), Nef (25)
    4/4 The Bastion of Twilight (normal): Halfus (25), Valiona/Theralion (25), Council (25), Cho'gall (25)
    2/2 Throne of the Four Winds (normal): Conclave (25), Al'Akir (10)

    Loot System:

    We use loot council for our loot system. Our loot council system is based on attendance, performance, consistency, and attitude
