    Low FPS out of nowhere?

Hi, I've been playing World of Warcraft for about one and a half year now with about 30-60 FPS in raids and now from nowhere I get 15-5 fps in raids, I don't have any other applications in the background except ventrilo. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Huh?

OP, has anything changed in that time period? What are the specs of your computer? Any high temperatures in the computer?
    Super casual.

Need specs and temps. Check the stickies to see what to include. They aren't just there to look pretty.

Amplifying information would help a great deal. A couple of common issues that cause problems are outdated drivers or too much dust within the computer.

More information on your set up can help the community provide you better feed back.

    Update your video drivers.
    Defragment your drive.

Disable "full-screen glow" and "death" effects:
    /console ffxglow 0
    /console ffxdeath 0

    Lower your shadow detail.
    Lower your multisampling and/or filtering.
Disable V-sync (unless you have tearing issues).

Degragmenting, disabling an effect that only occurs when your dead wont increase your fps.
Theres also no need to disable vsync. Unless you play on some weird 50hz monitor

    * Rogue software (Including viruses)
    * Rogue WoW Addons (fairly common)
    * Inefficient drivers (try updating or reverting to an older)
    * Clogged ventilation (common as the computer ages)

Did you install a new video driver and forgot/didn't know to clear the old one?
