    Lightbulb Old rig 9600GT.

So I had my old rig laying around here and I decided to put it up again and maybe give it o a friend.

It has a Nvidia 9600gt but bot the CPU and RAM are wasted so how well would it run WoW with a cheap fix like the one from Chaud's puppy monthly's setup?
    Which is:
    AMD Athlon II X4 640 AM3 - $100
    4GB PNY Optima DDR3 10600 - $33

No need to be running on Ultra (it must be almost impossible) but would medium/high settings achieve 30 fps on a 25 man with max resolution?
(I would also like to keep it cheap so no Sandy Bridge awesomeness please )

    Thank you in advance

What's max-resolution? You realise that's limited to the specific monitor, right? :P

My setup is in my sig. I have a 96Watt 9600GT with 512mb of DDR3.
    Athlon II x3 @ 3.3ghz (1 core less than the x4 640)
    x2 2GB DDR3 Kingston valueram @ 1420mhz
As you can see im playing at 1680x1050. Ive never tried the actual 25 man raids (since BH doesnt count o_o)
But im getting 30 fps during Baradin Hold 25 man. Sometimes drops to 28-29 during the flames.
I could probably get more fps out but im playing at windowed mode and with 2x AA.
open world zones are constant 60 fps.

Conclusion: If im playing on these settings your gonna be fine on Medium.

    Thanks all
