heroic order

my 10man group is just going to do heroic modes and, i wanna know whats the easiest order to do, i know 1st is halfus but then? and then? and then? :P

Halfus / Chim / Atremedes / Maloriak - All easy
Magmaw / Omnotron / Valiona / Conclave - Moderate
Nefarion / Chogall - Difficult
AC / Sinestra / Al'akir (25) - Very Difficult

All from a 25 man pov... I guess AC is easier on 10 man with a ranged setup. Also Al'akir is apparently really easy on 10 man, probably the same difficulty as magmaw.

To be honest, it doesn't really matter for the first few. Maloriak, Atramedes, Chimaeron and Halfus are just as easy. Magmaw, Omnitron and Valiona could be switched around too since they are about the same difficulty, still pretty easy though.
But i would go:
Halfus > Chimaeron > Maloriak > Atramedes > Magmaw > Omnitron > Valiona > Council > Conclave > Nefarian > Cho'gall > Al'akir > Sinestra

It's really up to your setup which boss you want to do, but there are indeed some extremly hardcore bosses on 10 man such as Cho'gall or Sinestra. I would just suggest a list of five tiers, but as mentioned it depends on your raid-setup which boss on the same tier you would like to do first.

1. Halfus / Chimaeron / Maloriak / Atramedes
2. Couclave / Omnotron
3. Magmaw / V&T / Al'Akir
4. Council / Nefarian
5. Chogall, Sinestra

Council and Al'Akir are on 25man a bit tricky, but Cho'gall and Nef were just suprisingly easy for us, in comparison to their loots.
