Buff addon which has Consolidate buffs implemented?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a good buff addon which has a built in consolidate buffs, I like the feature of it to clean up the UI, though with blizzard buffs I can't move them to where I need them.

This will be the last addon needed to complete my UI I've been working on for about a week now
