So, I logged in just fine yesterday, but today I get a fatal error when launching WoW.exe..
I'm not the only one, as 3 others form my class are experiencing the same thing. I have tried running the repair tool but, sadly, it didn't help.
Apparently one of the archives, wow-update-13164.mpq, is either corrupt or missing some data.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem and know a solution?

As you have already tried the repair, you could check the official EU and US forums to see if anyone else has the problem, try Googling it or try a fresh install.
