Apparently this translates to endive, mashed with potatoes and with small baked pieces of porc, and some nice ... whats it called, you bake meat with butter and whatever is left over (butter with the marinade from the meat) you can put over your veggies, to finish it off.

it's very easy to make sushi yourself, just buy some nori leaves and wasabi spice in you local asia shop.

It's hard to find sushi-grade fish, which is the reason it's so expensive everywhere. Made it myself once, and I had to buy it at the pier where it had just been freshly caught. Buying it from the supermarket and eating it raw can do all sorts of bad stuff.

OT, sushi rice. After we made the sushi, we had a ton of left-over rice, AND IT WAS SO GOOD
