for Me its a easy question to answer, as i happen to still have the whole series.
my first game was Megaman X, I still have a very special place in both my heart and my collection.
hell i still remember all the secrets, all the bosses weaknesses, the locations of all the armor & weapon upgrades, and the setting and story.

and what do you remember about it?

i think it was Nintendo 64 supersmash brothers. but it might also be gameboy pokemon...

I was 3 years old when I beat Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo Entertainment System. I know this because to this day my mother tells me how that was the reason my father stopped playing video games, and how from that day on I spent my allowances on nes games.

Fuck waterworlds. Perhaps thats why i hate Vash'jir so much..

I believe it was Defender for Atari 2600... at least that was my favorite game for Atatri. I played many others... Missile Command, Space Invaders, Keystone Capers, Tank, Jungle Hunt. Not sure which one I actually played first...

Pacman on some "ancient" system we used to have. The first game with more than "move yellow thing, eat white squares" or "bounce square between 2 rectangles" was metroid on the Nintendo 8-bit. Back when it came with iceclimber instead of mario.
