Tier 11 4 set Question - cat

I am kitty.
First of all, I know I should be going for the 4 set bonus.
So I have been extremly unlucky on some hc loot lately. I have the 4 point set bonus. I have chest, legs, hands and shoulders tier and my head is the engineering one.
So last raid I got the hands from chimaeron and chest from atramedes, both heroics. So my question is, is it worth replacing those pieces until I get the heroic tier pieces?
We are currently on 4/13 so it can't be long before I have the hands available too.
