We've downed all normal mode Cata content and heroic Atramedes, Twin Dragons, Magmaw, Chim, Maloriak and Halfus. The near-future will bring us conclave and omnitron.

We’re looking for intelligent, mature, and active players who are eager to conquer new content as soon as it becomes available. Applicants should be drama-free min/maxers who know their class completely, keep up with the latest (and upcoming) additions and changes to the game, always bring proper consumables to raids, have stable computers and Internet connections, and can attend virtually all raids.

Raid Schedule

We raid between two and four days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, from 6:30 to about 11 p.m. CST and Monday during the same time as needed. Most raids only last until 10:30 p.m. but occasionally we will push later if we feel real progress is being made. We are looking for exceptional players to maximize our short raid week. If you cannot make these raid times, do not apply.

Gear Requirements

All applicants are expected to have the best possible gear they can obtain in their power. For example, an applicant should be not be wearing a PVP belt if you can have something better crafted. We are looking for players who do whatever it takes to obtain any advantage to their damage/healing/threat & mitigation, even before it becomes mainstream. For end-game content, the best gems/enchants/professions are all required. We want to see effort put into raiding characters. Those applicants with subpar enchants/gems/reforging/professions/et cetera will be denied.

Note: Do not apply if way undergeared. no one is special. This is a numbers game. Realistically the difference in your ability to press buttons better/faster/harder than someone else won’t make up for being six months behind our current gear curve.

How to Apply

Applicants will need to create a thread in our Recruitment forum. The subject should include the character name and class/spec on which the applicant is applying. People should use the Application Template as the format for your application. Feel free to PM your application to Yumohgo and it will be posted in our private applicants forum.

Please do not annoy FD members about any application in game. Doing so will severely reduce your chance of getting in while pissing us off in the process.

The officer core typically takes one to three day to go over application. This includes time to look at gear, specs, previous raiding experience, among other things. If we do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, applicants are free to follow up, but have mostly likely been denied. Similarly if a topic disappears from the forums without having been discussed with an applicant, that application is considered to have been denied. If an officer contacts an applicant regarding a trial or with further questions, a response to the original application will either be posted in the thread of the application itself, sent in a private message on these forums, or sent via in-game PM. Applicants are strongly encouraged to check these forums often while their application is being discussed/reviewed.
