You don't need the heroic Coucil to do Heroic Choggi? Just do Council on normal mode and switch to heroic after.

Um, 5-5-11 hasnt occured yet. Second, you can change the difficulty with each boss... this isnt ToC anymore...

You don't need to kill Ascendant Council HC to get Cho'Gall, hell you can even skip Valiona =p
