so in 4.1 they're saying you can trade valor for conquest. anyone know if you can do vice versa(conquest for valor) or if you do this trading will it go towards your weekly cap?

You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish.
No. You can not.
Unless I'm missing something, it pretty clearly said you can't swap Valour for Conquest (but you can the other way around (sorry seemed a bit like I was saying you can't do either)). As for the cap question, no one's really sure.

There is, read the blue post.
The exchange rate is 250 valor > 250 conquest, which isnt so bad (at least it is on a 1:1 ratio unlike honour vs justice)
From Blue post:
General
* Honor is now purchasable from the Justice Commodities Vendor at 250 Honor per 375 Justice.
* Justice is now purchasable from the Honor Commodities Vendor at 250 Justice per 375 Honor.
* Conquest is now purchasable from the Valor vendor at 250 Conquest per 250 Valor.

I have linked the blue post part on my post.
Yes, you can't not don't so.
Yes we can but you can't.
This is pretty awesome since the cap on conquest is pretty small if you don't play really high ratings.(for me at 1400 rating it's 1330 conquests per week)
Why are so many people thinking that trading valor for conquest could go over the conquest cap? There's zero precedant suggesting as much, and it would do a lot of harm to the system.
Actually, Mr. Lennon, I CAN imagine a world with no hatred, religion, war, or violence.
I can also imagine attacking such a world, because they would never see it coming.

Cap or not I am not convinced.
I feel that the currency for any given content should really be earned from that content.
I am still not happy about the valor/conquest from the "daily" mechanism, but that point aside due to the slow gain.
This however allows gaining of the higher tier of currency with the potential for not participating in the appropriate content at all.
You could participate in random dungeons and raiding yet gear up for pvp with arena level items without stepping foot in any battlegrounds even, and that is what I disagree with.
And my point is assume it can't go past the cap.

As opposed to the people that initially geared up for arenas by win-trading in TB, and now massively outgear anyone that wasn't participating in pvp then.
