Keybinding Addons

Can someone list me some addons that can be used for keybinding keys without having bartender or dominoes

they have to be up to date etc

Of those I recommend BindPad if you want to keybind keys directly without messing with your action bars.

i dnt wana scroll down like a retard all day lol :P

something easy that dnt adjust ur bars and allows you to hover and keybind keys

Binding of abilities without the need to place them onto the action bars.
Bindpad is certainly the first to spring to mind, though I did recently find ProKeybinds @ Wowinterface which is an alternative, seemingly based on Bindpad.
Have yet to use either myself since I could well start again from scratch with my UI but are worth taking a look at.
