PvP macros

I just started PvP'ing again and despite the situation warlocks are in atm I find it enjoyable.
Right now I have my fear bound to shift-f and I would like to have a macro which combines that with a focus target fear by pushing ctrl, if that is possible, I would also like one just like that for banish too.

make a new button with key binds control f and type /cast [target=focus] fear into a macro and put it there
