I cannot seem to find this possibility anywhere...

Would it be possible to add this as an option in the subscription interface or something? Eg. in a large and active thread, I sometimes want a notification when someone replies toone of my own posts, instead of a general reply in the thread...

If this is already here, where can I find this?
