should i refresh LB if trinkets or PT procs?

hello, i know spriests sometimes refresh dots even if the duration isnt finished if they get new procs that can take advantage of the extra sp

should we be refreshing LB too? or does it auto-update

It does not auto-update and from what Ive read its better to let LB explode before refreshing.

Trinket procs last longer than the duration of a LB, so just let it run it's course and put it up when it's about to expire. Those procs are better suited for Fireball and the such, instead of wasting GCDs on LB.

They don't, actually, unless they're bad.
