Color scheme for actionbars?

Well as the title say, I was wondering if there is an addon that can change the entire color scheme for your actionbars. So all my buttons (icons - not only border) are red, or blue or - u get the picture.
Only solution I can think of is changing all my spellicons via macro's so they all got the same colors, but thats seems abit - elaborate.
