Great defense by Tambellini, stops a breakaway without taking a penalty.

If Nashville even had a respectable 20% PP success in this series they would probably be up 3-2 in this series if not having won it. What are they 1 for 20 now?

At least they aren't the Bruins lol

Say what you will, but they've proved they don't need PP goals to win.

true, but they also played against a team that doesn't have a clue who its starting goaltender is.

True dat. They probably aren't going to get any against the Bolts anyways so it is good that they can get production even strength.

i must say i am seriously impressed with what Stevie Y has done with the Bolts in just 1 year. a 23 point swing, playoff berth, and in the conference finals. cannot wait for the Prodigal son to come back to Detroit in a decade or so.

Still made it through Montreal without any. Their only two PP goals came at the end of the Philly series. One was a pretty much a freebie 5v3 and the other was, ironically enough; Lucic's first goal in about 20 games, first goal of the game in game four, and in my opinion first "real" power play goal in the playoffs from them.

I love traffic in Sacramento... so what I miss other than the score being 2-1 in favor of Vancouver?

Double shift the Sedins please. Those guys haven't played at all with all these penalties. Aggressive shifts and end it tonight.

While I agree with you I think most of the credit lies with Guy Boucher. Disappointed AV from Van got the finalist for the Jack Adam's Award when Guy Boucher certainly had a lot more work to do. On the Stevie Y note, a buddy of mine from work has a bolts jersey that has Yzerman on the back and GM where the numbers would be.

Also, Canucks have never been eliminated in the 3rd Round
