1. Bryzgalov is an awesome goalie, hes the backbone of the 'Yotes. And Players like Doan, Vbrata and Whitney were all handled well.

Have you ever watched Bryzgalov play? A great goalie who just gets overshadowed by playing in a dead market and a West with amazing goalies all around. Just because they're not big names don't mean they're bad, you should know this.

This is seriously the only thread I check to see if there are replies lately. Please don't get it closed due to personal insults and assumptions.

Besides, we're all bandwagon fans when you think about it. It's hard to cheer the losing team, and even harder to cheer a team that's been knocked out of the playoffs. We may all have our favorites, but we also have backups, and just because they may not be our first choice doesn't make us bandwagoners. Case in point: I cheer the Canucks, Penguins, and Flyers for the most part, in that order. If one gets dropped from the Cup race and I cheer for the next one in my list, does that make me a bandwagon fan? Maybe. But maybe I just like a select few teams and choose to cheer for them when I have the chance. No one likes to see their team on the losing end, but everyone likes being able to cheer for someone, or else what would be the point?

It's nice to see passion in discussion, but there's no need to jump to assumptions about someone else, or say they're not as much of a fan as you because they don't know as much or haven't been following hockey as long. Let's keep that to the general WoW forums, please.

It won't die. You'll still have marcelos here bitching about how everyone is out to get the Red Wings and somehow bringing whatever anyone says back to Datsyuk or Crosby (I think he has a secret crush on Crosby). Also, I swear that guy is probably 50% of this thread. If he stopped posting forever, yeah it would slow down considerably. But I don't see this thing completely dying until the someone wins the cup or the thread gets locked. With the way things have been going, I'm putting my money on the latter.
