Torres getting a hearing. Sucks because he's a pretty effective player when he's not head shotting everyone. If he was to clean up his act he'd be a lot more successful.

I wasn't able to watch any games last night, so I just now finally looked up and watched the hit. It really wasn't bad... He didn't launch himself at all, didn't throw an elbow, tried to go shoulder to shoulder. Stoll went down way too low there, and put himself in a dangerous position. I get that the NHL is going to suspend him because of his history, but there have been worse hits that have gone unpunished this postseason. This hit doesn't merit a suspension imo, the only reason he's going to get one is because of his history and the NHL wanting to look like they're actually doing something.

I agree. As much as I hate that douche the hit was clearly not intentional, but because of his past he will definitely be suspended. I think he's only had like 2 minor penalties too which is pretty good on his part.
