Does anyone think a bot for this would be cool? I know many times i have gotten a few upgrades in the middle of BWD(heroic), that would GREATLY help (IE: 4p(Restodruid)), and i have to stick with under some caps(Haste..). I think it would be cool if enchanters(Engineer?), to have this cooldown. I would think a lower CD then the Jeeves boot (As it could be used every boss?)

I don't know i thought it could be a cool idea.

Any thoughts?
