Hello there... I'm going to give you the lil spam you'd find on our wow progress. We're currently 4/12 heroic with 12% on Maloriak and 49% on V&T after 1 1/2 nights combined. We're currently 463 US and looking for people who can out DPS our current roster.

About Us
We're looking to kill things, kill them well, cut out the crap and get places. We're not interested if you have an ego, fat head or you're looking to be carried. What does Indiscretion want from you?
You [/i]MUST[/i] know what a log is, where to get a screenshot uploaded to the internet, read the mission statement clearly and correctly. We are interested in DPS who have no blue gear and a DPS log of 22k or better.

We want people who love this game. We also want a close knit atmosphere not just people who log on to raid and that’s it.

Our ideal applicant is intelligent, highly-competitive, honest, responsible, humble, and analytical in their approach to the game. We look for individuals that take pride in their own play, own up to and learn from their mistakes and respond positively to criticism despite how good or bad it can be. Expectations:
You should be an experienced raider with similar progression to our own. WoL/WMO parses should be included that let us know how you perform. The gear and ability to dual-spec is a big plus. You need to be able to make almost every raid - missing now and then is fine but if you can't make all of our raids most weeks you are wasting your time. Having significant raid experience in Wrath is a plus.

We run loot off a modified zero-sum dkp system.
We are also starting alt raids and guild rated BGs.

About Us

Imperium has been a guild for over 3 years. Most of us have played together on Medivh since the server came online in 2004. In WotLK we maintained a strong progressive raid team in 10 and 25mans with a very minimal raid schedule.

We are different than most guilds in a few ways, our main reason being the way we have always looked at recruiting. Currently we are working through Cataclysm Heroic encounters. As a member of Shai Hulud you are expected to keep a competitive edge. Our target audience is players that have excellent situational awareness, do not complain when the wipes pile up when learning an encounter and who will go that extra mile to maximize their characters.


What we expect of you:

Knowledge: We're looking for players who stay up to date on not only all of their class changes and mechanics, but also the mechanics of raid encounters, other classes, and the game in general. Know the fights. Know how to min/max. Know how you should spec and gear for specific encounters. Know how to effectively play your offspec.

Dedication: Can you make our raid times? Are you prepared to give 100% into learning an encounter until we get it down or the raid is called? If your answer is no this isn't the guild for you. We do wipe, and it isn't always pretty, but we expect you to run back quickly and be ready to correct your mistakes.

Experience: If you don't have at least a little bit of hard mode experience, don't expect a warm reception. Ulduar or ICC, something to show you've raided encounters above the normal level. Experience in pre-nerf Sunwell or Old Naxxramas is a big plus.

Skill: Impress us. Show that you can consistently top the meter. Show that you rarely make mistakes. Show us that you know how to min/max. Mediocre raiders are a dime a dozen. We're looking for the exceptional raiders.

Good Attitude: We don't want people who are just in this for the gear. We don't want people who only show up on loot nights. We don't want people who constantly *%**% and moan about X class or Y boss. We raid to down bosses, get achievements, and have fun.
