Enertia on Shadowmoon (US-PVP) is an experienced raiding guild with members dating back to vanilla WoW. We are currently 9/13 HMs. Our focus now is on Heroic Cho'gall then immediately to Sinestra. You have knowledge and have researched all fights - especially heroic Cho'gall and Sinestra as that is our current focus.

Your class or spec not listed? Dont sweat it, exceptional players are always encouraged to apply regardless of openings. We will always make room for the right player, even if you may not be filling a priority spot. A lot of our players have come from humble beginnings and guilds - we know what it can feel like when applying for a progression based guild. If you feel you are a great player that can adapt quickly to fight mechanics (I.E. - Not making the same mistakes after 4 or 5 attempts) then we highly encourage you to apply. While it is not necessary to min / max your professions and race, we do appreciate that effort. We are an extremely laid back and understanding group. Our goals are to finish up tier 11 content (13/13) before patch 4.1 comes out while not compromising our current raiding schedule. We like to afford you with ample time off from raiding so that you do not have to choose a guild that will consume all of your free time - yet still downing current content and staying competitive with World and US rankings.

We use a loot council system consisting of 4 officers who fairly distribute loot by assessing your personal skill, how well you work with a group, attendance, and overall attitude as a raider.
-Raid times
Tuesday - 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Wednesday - 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Thursday - 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Sunday - 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
For farm status we will move to only a Tuesday and MAYBE a Wednesday. We look to give you as much time off as possible once we have finished. Also, we will bringing alts in on farm runs.
-Attendance
We always expect 90% attendance to raids. Any raid day that you cannot make you are expected to post at least 24 hours prior in our afk thread.

2.)WMO/WOL parses to prove exceptional ability (not required)
3.)Appropriate experience
4.)Excellent situational awareness and raid performance
5.)Thick skin and ability to take criticism
Upon being accepted you will undergo a two to four week trial period. While this should not be your primary focus, it's not uncommon for our trial members to get multiple pieces of 372 gear in their first couple days / first week. Once you make member, you will get guild repairs, potions / flasks / food, as well as enchants - at this point, you will be basically paid to raid with us!
