25m hc chimi

Hey everyone.
Having a bit of trouble on Chimi hc 25m.
It appears as our tanks get raped on the feud phase.

we have the entire raid except the feud tank grouped parallel to where tou run in and the tank on the right side of him so melee can still attack without parrys and so the tank doesn't get gibbed by the slime.

Our tanks are well geared and we are rotating cd's.
the tank that is tanking the feud will have a healer cd and uses1-2 of there own personal cd's.

our healers on them is a druid and 2 palas most of the time.
but with our main disc being gone for a week or two we are struggling for cd's.
Also would having a resto shaman healing the Mt for the 10% physical dmg reduction be good ??

Feud healing is fine 9/10 times but its just the tanks getting pwned.

i was wondering if tanks should gem pure avoidance now rather than stam for the double attack if one is dodged/parried/blocked then they dont get gibbed.

I cannot post WOL links or armory for our tanks

Our feud tanks are Nura and Nagflar from Velócity Terenas

any tips/advice/changes are welcome.
