Finally properly gone through the album. Scheisse, Bloody Mary, and Americano are the only songs that I like from the album (excluding the pre-released singles, which I all liked). It's a shame that she couldn't replace that du-dum-whatever in Bloody Mary with some awesome lyrics.

I was also quite sad with the outcome of Government Hooker. I was expecting just a little bit better.

Anyhow, it seems that Judas wins the entire album for me. Everything else just sounds a little homogenised...

Government Hooker kinda crosses the line for me, I don't even have it selected to play anymore. Just the lyrics of it... it's like musical porn... and not good porn... it's like horse on midget or something disturbing like that lol.

Edit: In other words: I find it too sexual, and the general sounds of the track don't do it for me. Now I still like the other sexual songs she does... Monster is in my top 3 favorite songs by her, but just the dude talking back to her was... ugh.

I'm still yet to hear the bonus tracks, but I'm kinda scared to. On a couple other sites I've read reviews and people who absolutely worshiped every song on the album, including the ones I don't like, said that the bonus tracks suck... so what horrors lie in store for me when the most hardcore fans say the songs are bad?

If you include all tracks on the album, then over all it is a very solid album with a few weaker songs.

Born This Way, Judas, Edge of Glory, Hair, Marry the Night, Scheiße, Electric Chapel, You and I, Heavy Metal Lovers, and Bloody Mary are all strong songs.
