    Yeah that sounds pretty good.

Since when could you have a system with 8 GPU's?

    SLI means two or more.

The maximum for SLI and Crossfire would be 4 GPU's.
The 6990 is dual GPU card, meaning it has 2 chips on 1 card, so you can only Crossfire 2 of these.

I would assume that by Quad SLI 6990s they mean Quad Crossfire 6990s. And by that, I think they mean just two 6990s... otherwise it's impossible and unsupported :P

As far as dream PCs go... Are talking real or not real? because frankly, my dream PC isn't in existence yet :P

Why did you decide to go with a TX750 as your second PSU instead of an HX? Would have saved more room without all those extra wires.

Main thing? I didn't notice it was non modular when I bought it. Second, It was on sale with a rebate, so much cheaper. Thirdly, I actually have an insane amount of room in the case, so the cables are hidden pretty well.

I really love the one I have its an Alienware Aurora ALX
    http://www.dell.com/us/p/alienware-a...s&cs=19&~ck=mn

If I had a little more cash I would have opted for the i7 990x at 3.73, instead I went with the i7 930 at 3.36, but I love it.

My own system with a G1 Assassin board.

And, when the Sandy Bridge extremes are out, I'll probably build something with that.
