Addon to show any uncomplete quests in a zone?

Hey guys, i was checking out my Character audit on the armory, and noticed that i have 5 pieces unenchanted, so, on my checklist, among other things, i have the head enchant from the earthen ring, before Queueing up for a heroic to try and get the 2k points while standing next to the QM, i was wondering if theres any chance i might have skipped some quests, see, i have the Sinking into Vashj'ir ache, but i know that theres more quests than those aches require, otherwise it would be super easy to mess up while getting them, so, my question to you is, are there any addons that could sort of scan my quest completion and tell me which quests i have not completed in a certain zone?

I used Loremaster and Lightheaded to get my loremaster its great if you have TomTom
