Is the wrist enchant superior to the extra gem socket?

Blacksmithing didn't get all that good since Cata,.. no epics weapons

Just check each of them, the best non-LW wrist enchant is let's say for hunters(because i am a hunter) +50 agi and the LW enchant is +130 agi, which is 80 agi more, i don't know how many extra socket BS gives but if it gives 2 extra sockets then i would put 2 more +40 agi gems which is in total 80 agi, which again is the same as the LW wrist enchant but if BS gives 3 sockets or more then it's far better to have BS than LW.
