How do the suggestions here equate to "geared out in the first week of killing a boss"? That's an absurd statement.
One suggestion is to remove some of the RNG once you reach the 10x kills mark. Another suggestion is to make the RNG "smarter" -- i.e., make it slightly more likely to find the drop you need by gradually removing some of the items you can't use from the RNG pool. The RNG is still there, just with less suckage.
