Healer Trinket Question

I was curious what a few of my fellow raiders thought about some of the great healing trinkets available. Last night I was able to obtain a Heroic Jar of Ancient Remedies; however I am not sure if I should keep it. Either I pass it on to my fellow healer or I keep it and replace Darkmoon Card: Tsunami. I should mention that my main is a holy paladin. I am most curious because while intellect does provide stronger heals and more mana from replenishment and arcane torrent while also providing more mana from divine please; the stronger spirit proc and the mana gained from its ability is considerably strong. So the question really is; should I keep it or give it away?

I was under the impression that you really do ot want [Fall of Mortality] untill you have the heroic one considering I am basing my information off this website: http://bis.vilepickle.com/slot-trinkets.php

I am also using Tyrande's Favorite Doll.

DMC - Tsunami & Fall of Morality/Tyrande's Favorite Doll are considered the best I'm pretty sure.
