Tears of the Phoenix is a HORDE guild on the YSERA server.

Our raid schedule is: Thursday, Sunday and Monday, 7:30pm - 11:00pm EST.

We utilize an EPGP loot system.

We are wanting to find people who can attend all 3 raid nights if possible. Inability to make every raid will not disqualify you but raid invites will be determined by raid composition first and raid attendance second.

Tears of the Phoenix is a level 25 guild looking for raiders. We have a modest raid schedule and seek to make the most of our raid time.

Raiding is an important part of TotP. Raiders must show up on time and prepared for raid nights. They are expected to have raid friendly specs, constantly improve their abilities, and rise to the challenges that the current content presents. Raiders are expected to challenge themselves to improve. Raiders are required to prepare for progression fights by watching videos and reading strategies beforehand.

We are looking to fill full time raid spots. Our goal is to recruit solid raiders able to compete immediately for existing openings in our core raiding group.

We will always consider strong players representing a good guild fit regardless of apparent openings. If you do not see your class/spec listed please feel free to app anyways.

We've been having a pretty solid group of people on for 10 mans, but we're still wanting to do 2 simultaneous 10 mans and eventually get back to doing the 25 mans that we all want to be doing.
