Character Transfer

I was just trying to transfer one of my alts on EU and every time I choose the realm I want to migrate it from it says "You have no characters on Auchindoun. Please choose a different realm." which is obviously wrong, wondering if anyone else had this problem? I am getting this... error right now 16:51 gmt +2

Also I'm sure that I am on the EU site, doubled checked, I logged out and then relogged still nothing. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

I've xferred a few chars, and I've never seen this. Fire off an email to support, since it's a paid service, I'm sure they are interested in helping.
