http://www.gw2builds.org/ imo. Being able to click any skill to go to the wiki is pretty sweet, and you can save builds/look at other people's builds/rate builds.
It at least gives you an idea of how much more damage one ability will do than another, even if excludes gear stats and stuff.

An example... flameburst: burning: n/a. Nor does it show what the base damage is, whereas gw2tools does.
I see.
I still prefer being able to save my builds and look at other peoples builds over numbers that probably don't mean too much.
(Also, I just checked Flame Burst. It's duration is N/A on the wiki either, which would be why it's N/A on GW2builds.org. Not really a fault of the tool at all.)

I guess the people from gw2tools go off of what they see from the beta.
Still seems like a pain in the ass when you'd much rather just play the beta.
Anyways, I still prefer GW2builds. Knowing how much your 2 does as oppose to your 4 isn't all that important, it's not like you're making a WoW build and choosing which exact skills you want to bring. You bring your weapon. Especially with how subject to change numbers are.
lets use both
Did anyone mess around with elemental conjure weapon as an elementalist? Were they worth using?
