Engineering Problem

Ok so I am leveling eng on my hunter for PvP I got it to 210 and went to get gnomish eng but couldn't because i got the bloodsail admiral title and same with goblins. Is there an easy way to grind the rep back up so I can do engineering?

There is a cloth turn-in quests available, but it decreases your Bloodsail rep. If you want to keep your Bloodsail rep, you'll have to kill lots of Venture Co guys and (non Bloodsail) pirates.
You used to be able to do quests for a goblin in Dire Maul, but they either got removed or no longer reward rep.
