Since you spend more energy, you will feel more hungry, and hopefully start to eat more.
I know this isn't a picture of me per say but it's my birthday today and my girlfriend made me the best cake ever, thought I had to share it - will post a picture of us eating it later!

This was my first self-low-key-portrait
and this after my girlfriend left me, going to an outdoor party alone. Felt pretty good. I still get a tingling in my belly when I see that picture, because it was the "turning point" where it went upwards
Ohoh and I want to post this again, because I took it latley. You know that feel when you take a picture that you like, and instantly set it up everywhere as a profile picture?
