Well, this is me. 30 years old and completely changed.

Left pic shows me in February this year with 330 lbs. After that I worked hard to lose some pounds. Finally, on right pic it's me last September with 235 lbs.

Kind neat. And people say I look younger. And I still don't see any apparent changes hehehe but hell yeah look handsome. And yes, For the Horde!!!

Yeah thanks everyone. As the topic said, those are pictures about me. What I used to be an old blob like guy and now a buffed up teenager XD

It's impressive how overweight physically takes its toll on your body and how it regains health after some training. People often don't believe me I've lost almost 100 lbs in seven months. Walking for an hour at average speed makes wonders. And it gave me some legs Taylor Swift would envy hehe. But that's it, walking and not exceeding my daily calorie intake. I guess I could have avoid gaining so much weight if I ever did some exercise but, one often realizes the hard truth after seeing you can die before reaching 40's.

Interestingly enough, last month a cashier mistook me for a student ftom a nearby highschool and refused to believe I was older. I had to show my ID to prove her wrong. It was hilarious but it gets annoying if I try to buy beer or alcohol for my pantry.

Yeah diet is way more important than exercise when it comes to losing weight. Walking is a good way to burn some extra calories as you have shown.

What jigs did you end up using?

Normally I go for bulks of panfish (Bluegills, Crapie etc), but it's always a thrill when a Cat or Wallete hit the nightcrawler.

We used the bottom one in this picture, same size.



No bait or anything. The day I caught that, we were only in 40 feet of water, and you'd get something on the hook 20-30 feet down, every time. You didn't even hit the bottom yet, and you're reeling it in! I guess Capelan season is like that every time. They say out of season, you're casting 80-100 feet to catch your 15 cod regularly.
