You look more like a girl in the second one, if you ask me. Probably because the first one is when you were 15, as you say, and a lot of boys that age try to look similar to what you do. I'd say the first look could pass for either, but it's closer to girl than boy. But also, with the second, getting older defines your gender qualities further.

With better lighting and a smile, I bet there'd be no confusion whatsoever, though

got often mocked for my nose, pretty "piggy", even though it was some years ago, I still have that feeling that my nose is really really bad. But I wouldn't ever think of to let it "correcting".
