Gear Requirements:
We ask that you are raid ready and have a minimum Average Item Level of 350. Hybrids with multiple sets of gear are a plus! While gear is easily attainable, we hold a high value to competence, situational awareness, and skill.

Who We Are:
<Resolve> is a 10 man raiding guild running 2 teams. We do not have plans to merge into 25s, we enjoy raiding in 10s and will keep it that way. We are a group of friends that enjoy seeing new content, killing bosses and having fun together.
We are recruiting for our 1st and 2nd teams.
What We Expect:
We expect everyone to come prepared every night - consumables, spec/gems/enchants, being repaired, and reading up on new fights are a must. We expect everyone to bring their A-Game.
Raid attendance:
Since we only raid 9 hours a week, we expect folks to be able to make raids on time and ready for that first pull.
Communication:
Being able to hit a button and speak when needed. We don't want shy people. Are you on fire and need a extra heal? Call it out please.
Loot:
MS over OS rolls. We do watch performance, attendance, raid awareness, attitudes and prior upgrades though. If you have gotten 3 upgrades already for your MS tonight, don't expect to get that trinket that 3 other people could also use if it drops.
